From Design to Loom: The Journey of an Arsin Rug

Every rug begins with a design: the Tehran studio plots and colors the pattern, then sends it to the workshop together with its color card.

Once the fibers are dyed and the colors approved, weaving begins. Throughout the work, the weaving supervisor sends photos straight from the loom so each order is followed step by step — and after the last knot, the rug still passes through washing and finishing.
