FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most from Arsin customers — about pricing, ordering, shipping and caring for a handmade rug.
Buying & pricing
Where can I find prices?
Arsin prices are on request. We are a producer, not a marketplace — send us the rug's code on WhatsApp or by phone and we'll reply with the current price.
Where can I see a rug's specs — size, material, raj, dye?
Full specifications for every rug — size, material, knot density (raj) and dye — are listed on that rug's own page.
Do Arsin rugs come with a warranty?
Yes — every Arsin rug carries a lifetime warranty of authenticity and quality: the rug's authenticity, weave quality and condition are guaranteed, with Arsin's support for the life of the rug. See Authenticity & appraisal for details.
Is consultation for choosing a rug free?
Yes — consultation to help you choose the right rug for your space is completely free.
Can I see a rug in person before deciding?
Yes — visit one of Arsin's showrooms, or in Tehran request a free in-home trial.
Ordering & shipping
Can I order a rug in my own size, color and design?
Custom orders accept any size, color, even your own design. Before weaving begins, a dyed-fiber sample is sent for your approval, and progress photos come straight from the loom while your rug is woven.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, and delivery within Iran is free.
Is a free in-home trial available?
In Tehran we offer a free in-home trial, so you can see the rug in your own space before deciding.
What is the rug exchange plan?
Under the rug exchange plan, bring in an old handmade rug — our in-house specialists appraise it, and its value becomes credit toward a new rug.
Care & services
Is the first washing free?
No — the first washing of an Arsin rug is complimentary.
What if my rug is torn or damaged?
Arsin offers restoration (رفوگری) services to repair damage to handmade rugs. For everyday upkeep, see our rug care guide.
What wool and dyes does Arsin use?
Hand-spun wool and vegetal (natural) dyes are standard across every Arsin rug.
What is abrash, and is it a flaw?
Abrash — the gentle, natural shift in tone across a rug — comes from hand-done vegetal dyeing. It is a sign of authenticity in a handmade rug, not a flaw.
